It is your responsibility to check the dates on your tickets, as we may not be able to move or refund them at a later stage. If you have booked incorrectly, please call 081 288 2886.

After you print your ticket keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket!
If any copies are made of a Print at Home Ticket, only the first scan of the bar-code will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the bar-code scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. Duplicate tickets will not be allowed admittance. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
If a duplicate ticket is discovered after entry to the event, the credit card transaction on file from the original purchase, will be charged for the Door Price of the event plus an additional N$50 processing fee.
Selling your Print at Home ticket
Think twice before selling your ticket to anyone fraudulently. We can trace your bar-coded ticket back to your personal information. Any violations to these terms and conditions and illegal use will be the responsibility of the ORIGINAL purchaser.
We cannot refund tickets to people that did not arrive for their booked show.
Refunding of tickets due to unforeseen circumstances will be handled on the following basis.
14 – 8 days prior to the event 75% of ticket price refunded
7 – 2 days prior to the event 50% of ticket price refunded
1 day or at the date of the event 25% of ticket price refunded
